What it does
One place per job: messages, photos, plans, estimates, signatures, contracts, change orders, schedule and reminders. Instead of group texts, email threads and PDFs in five places. Free for everyone you invite; the lead pays from $49 a month after a 30-day trial.

For contractors and builders
From a text to a signed job
- Paste or dictate the client’s text: the lead fills itself in.
- Write the estimate line by line; mark lines optional.
- The owner opens a link on their phone, unticks what they don’t want, and signs. No app store, no password.
- Signing creates the job and its schedule from the estimate dates.
- Contract from a template (Home Improvement Contract, Construction Contract, Subcontract) or upload your own; both sides sign in the app.
Change orders without arguments
- A sub sends the change order with their price and photos.
- You add your markup and send the owner one clean sheet: what, price, days added, new contract total.
- The owner approves and signs on the phone. The schedule moves by the days added.
- Owners never see sub prices or your markup. Subs never see the owner’s price.
The crew, organized
- A private chat per person and group chats you choose (all subs, job team, your own).
- Photos, videos, voice notes, files, measured photos, dates, links.
- Messages: one conversation per person across all jobs. Say who and what; the app picks the person and the job.
- Contacts sorted by trade (Electrician 10, Drywall 5…), your own groups, “Text all”.
Schedule and reminders
- Phases with start and end dates, from a template per job type.
- Anyone on the job adds inspections, deliveries, deadlines, site visits.
- Automatic reminders: the day before at 5 PM and the morning of at 7 AM, to the right people. A Done button and a “still open” nudge.
- Google and iPhone calendar sync.
Work that sells the next job
- Post today’s progress: the day’s photos with a caption that shows only the city.
- Before-and-after with your company name, one tap.
- Ask the owner for a review; copy it straight into Google.
Records that protect you
- Every chat, approval and signature stays on the job.
- Project record PDF; the whole job as one ZIP for your drive.
- Private documents shared only with the people you choose.
For architects, engineers, drafters and designers
- Clients: a card per company you work for, and a new project for them in five seconds (chats, plans, RFIs, calendar, files), with their contact already on it.
- RFIs: numbered questions from the field with a sheet reference and photo, a needed-by date, and reminders until answered. Answers flagged if they may change cost or time.
- Plans: PDF sets (split a big set into parts), CAD drawings, revisions kept, or a link to your WorkDrive or Drive for the giant files.
- Bids: send a scope to several contractors; each bids in a private room; compare side by side; award.
- Selections (designers): item, photo, price, lead time; the owner approves; mark ordered and on site.
- Hand-off: when a contractor wins the project, hand it to them in one tap. They become the lead; you stay on as architect; your private documents stay yours.
- Staff and partners: your office on all your projects with their own logins.
For subs and suppliers
- Join from a text link in ten seconds; no account, no password.
- Only your chats, your plans, your dates. Nothing from other subs.
- Send photos, voice notes and change orders from the site.
- Your phone gets a push when something needs you.
- Free for the jobs you’re invited to. Run your own jobs: the same trial and plans as anyone.
For homeowners
- One link, no app store: your project in your pocket.
- See photos as the work happens, the plans, the schedule.
- Approve and sign estimates and change orders on your phone, with every price in one sheet.
- Ask a question in the chat and it reaches the right person.
Where it fits
- A remodeler with 5 to 20 jobs a year who runs everything from a phone and loses time to group texts.
- A builder with an office person: they join as staff and see every job.
- An architect or drafter who works for three contractors and wants each client’s projects in a folder, with RFIs and plan revisions tracked.
- An electrician or plumber who is a sub on some jobs and the lead on others. Same app, both ways.
- A designer who needs the owner to approve selections and the contractor to see only the approved ones.
- An owner-builder on one project: the Project plan, $29, done.
