JOBSITECONNECT

Terms of service

Last updated October 3, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Danilo Bosio DBA Arch Design Services ("JobsiteConnect", "we", "us"), Richmond, California, USA, for the use of the JobsiteConnect app and website at jobsiteconnect.app (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

JobsiteConnect is a communication tool for construction projects: chats, plans, a calendar, photos and files, change order approvals and project records. A project lead (for example a contractor, architect, engineer, house manufacturer or owner-builder) creates jobs and invites other people (owners, subs, design professionals, suppliers and staff).

2. Accounts

3. Plans, trial and billing

4. Change orders, plans and records are not contracts or payments

Change order approvals in JobsiteConnect are a record of what the teams agreed in the app. They are not invoices, and JobsiteConnect does not process payments between users. Each company is responsible for its own contracts, official change orders, invoices, permits and payments. Plans shared in the app are for reference only; always build from the approved, stamped plan set. Typed-name approvals are provided as a convenience; whether they meet any legal requirement for your project is your responsibility.

4a. Contract templates and forms

JobsiteConnect offers contract templates and forms (such as home improvement contracts, construction contracts, subcontracts and California lien waivers) as a convenience. They are general templates, not legal advice, and JobsiteConnect is not a law firm. Laws change, and every project is different. You are solely responsible for choosing, reviewing, editing, completing and using any template, for making sure it meets the laws that apply to your project, and for having your own attorney review it. You use the templates at your own risk. JobsiteConnect is not a party to any contract you make with them and is not responsible for their content, enforceability or results.

4b. Private documents

Private documents are only between the project lead and an owner, or between the project lead and a subcontractor or supplier. Each document is visible only to the project lead, the person who uploaded it, and the owner, subcontractor or supplier the project lead shares it with. Each document goes to one side only: the owners, or one subcontractor or supplier. A subcontract is only between the project lead and that subcontractor. Documents uploaded by an owner, subcontractor or supplier are visible only to them and the project lead and cannot be shared with others. Staff and other people on the job do not see private documents, except a business partner the project lead adds to their company (for example a co-owner who does the office work), who is added to all of the project lead’s jobs and has the same access as the project lead. The project lead can remove a business partner at any time. You are responsible for choosing who you share each document with.

5. AI features

Some plans include Talk, which uses artificial intelligence to turn spoken or typed notes into messages or change order drafts. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Always review it before sending. You are responsible for anything you send.

6. Your content

You and the people on your jobs own the messages, files, photos and other content you add ("Content"). You give us permission to store, process, display and send Content only to provide and improve the Service, as described in our privacy policy. You must have the right to share the Content you upload, and you must not upload anything unlawful, infringing, harmful or abusive.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no attempts to access data you are not allowed to see, to disrupt the Service, to send spam, to reverse engineer it, or to use it to break any law. We may suspend accounts that do.

8. Your data when you leave

Project leads can download a project record and a ZIP of job files at any time. After a paid plan ends, existing jobs remain readable for at least 90 days. We may delete data of closed accounts after that, with reasonable notice by email.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it is provided "as is" and may sometimes be interrupted. We may update or change features. If we stop offering the Service, we will give reasonable notice and a way to download your data.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data, or for decisions made based on messages, plans, approvals or AI output in the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Ending your account

You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes will be handled in the courts located in Contra Costa County, California, unless the law requires otherwise.
