Privacy policy
This policy explains what information JobsiteConnect, operated by Danilo Bosio DBA Arch Design Services, Richmond, California, USA, collects, how we use it and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, email, phone number, password (stored securely by our authentication provider), and for project leads the business details you add (company, address, license number).
- Job content: projects, messages, photos, videos, voice notes, files, plans, calendar dates, change orders and signatures that you and the people on your jobs add.
- Contacts you choose to import: names, phone numbers, emails and addresses you pick from your phone or a contact file, kept in your private contacts list.
- Billing: handled by Stripe. We receive your plan, status and a Stripe customer reference. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Device information for alerts: if you turn on alerts, a notification address for your device.
- Basic technical data: logs needed to run and secure the Service.
How we use it
To provide the Service: show each person the chats, plans and approvals they are allowed to see, send notifications, process subscriptions, provide support, keep the Service secure, and improve it. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your job content for advertising.
Who can see what
Access inside each job is controlled by role and by the project lead’s group chat settings, and is enforced by our database. For example, owners do not see sub prices or the contractor’s markup, and invited people only see the chats they belong to.
Service providers
- Supabase (database, file storage, authentication and server functions)
- Netlify (website hosting)
- Stripe (subscription payments)
- Anthropic (only when someone uses Talk or Write with AI on a plan that includes it: the notes being written are sent to Anthropic’s Claude AI to produce the draft)
- Google, Apple and Microsoft push services (to deliver phone alerts)
These providers process data on our behalf to run the Service. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users.
Retention and deletion
We keep information while your account is active. Project leads can download job records and files and can remove photos, videos and voice notes from a finished job. You can ask us to delete your account and personal information by emailing support@jobsiteconnect.app; messages you sent in shared jobs may remain visible to the other people on that job as part of the job record unless the project lead removes them.
Your rights, including California residents
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, and to know what we collect and how we use it. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. Contact support@jobsiteconnect.app.
Security
We use encrypted connections, access rules enforced in the database, private file storage and limited access by staff. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong password and tell us about any concern.
Children
The Service is for people 18 and older and is not directed to children.
Changes
We will post updates here and change the date above. For important changes we will notify project leads by email.
