Refunds and cancellation
Free trial
New project lead accounts get 30 days free. No card is needed to start. If you choose a plan during the trial, your card is only charged when the trial ends.
Monthly plans
Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel.
How to cancel
In the app, open Account, then Manage billing, then cancel. You can also email support@jobsiteconnect.app. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Refunds
- Because you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid month, we do not give refunds for partial months.
- If you were charged by mistake (for example a duplicate charge, or a charge after you cancelled), email support@jobsiteconnect.app within 30 days of the charge and we will refund it.
- Where the law gives you a right to a refund, we will honor it.
After cancelling
Your jobs stay readable for at least 90 days, and you can download the project record and job files. Creating new jobs needs an active plan.
